Returns & Exchanges

At Sarover, we take great pride in the quality of every piece we create. Each order is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopsarover.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly exchange the damaged item for the same product, subject to availability. If the original item is no longer available, we will work with you to provide a comparable replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original condition with all tags attached

Returned in its original packaging whenever possible

Every Sarover order is thoughtfully packed and shipped with care from Pennsylvania.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

During collection launches or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Machine wash cold with like colors.

• Do not bleach.

• Tumble dry on low.

• Do not iron directly on logo areas.
